An altar built to honor Prince Geumseong and the loyal scholars who sacrificed their lives while attempting to restore King Danjong during the reign of King Sejo of the Joseon Dynasty. It is a historically significant site related to the Danjong restoration movement in Sunheung, Yeongju. Visitors can explore it together with nearby heritage sites such as Sosu Confucian Academy.
